Two decades forward. Then the factory floor.
FeralX didn’t start with a product. It started in the field, then was assembled deliberately, piece by piece, from the shop floor to the public markets.
Rob MacIntyre spent twenty years in Iraq, Afghanistan, Jordan, Nigeria, Bosnia, Sri Lanka and Djibouti, learning what small teams need when the supply line is a rumour and the decision loop is life or death.
He built twice: a small air charter operation and a major private international security company. Aviation and operations, the two halves of mission support, were in the house before FeralX had a name.
A Canadian firearms company, acquired with a single CNC machine on the floor. The platform base, and the start of the industrial thesis.
A CNC job shop, acquired to turn one machine into real production capacity.
A mold-making shop, acquired for tooling expertise and a plastics skillset most manufacturers outsource.
Founded to bring it all together, consolidating the foundation through two asset acquisitions into a single company built for the public markets, with a TSXV listing now in process. Weapons in production today; autonomy and ISR through disciplined partnerships. One integrated supplier, Canadian-controlled, aligned to Canada’s Defence Industrial Strategy.
